The prices are okay overall, so it’s not a bad deal. I just wish the delivery cost was lower because that extra charge feels avoidable and makes it a little less appealing.

"Really easy return and quick refund"
I had to send something back because I picked the wrong shade. Oops. Totally my mistake, but I was hoping the return wouldn’t turn into a whole hassle.

The returns process with Face the Future was really straightforward. Easy. I posted it back, got updates along the way, and didn’t need to chase anyone at all.

The refund came through faster than I expected too. Nice. It definitely makes me feel more comfortable ordering again, because returns can be such a pain with some sites.

"Why is the reply time so slow??"
I had to wait forever for customer service to get back to me, and I ended up chasing them just to get a response?? Not ideal at all when you actually need help with an order.

I mean, I’ve ordered from Face the Future a few times now and the delivery has been really dependable. My parcels turn up when expected, and I always get the tracking info without needing to chase anyone. Everything’s been packed well too, so no complaints so far. I’m happy to keep using them because it’s easy and stress-free

"Good selection, but sometimes not quite..."
They’ve got a decent mix of skincare brands and products, which is handy when you’re just browsing or need to grab something quickly. But a few times the shade or size I wanted wasn’t there, and some brands I thought they’d have just... weren’t. It’s not bad overall, just kind of depends what you’re looking for, I guess.

I waited for what felt like forever, and then once I finally got in, the whole appointment felt super rushed. I barely had time to explain what was going on, and it didn’t feel all that helpful in the end. Like, I had to wait ages just to be hurried out? Make it make sense.

I’ve ordered from Face the Future a couple of times and, to be fair, the website itself is perfectly fine to use. My main issue is the pricing. From what I’ve seen, some of the products I buy seem to be cheaper elsewhere, sometimes even without any discount codes involved.
Delivery was smooth enough and I didn’t have any real problems with that side of things. It just feels to me like you almost need to wait for a promo code or special offer to make it feel worthwhile, which makes the whole shopping experience a bit frustrating.

customer service was helpful once they finally got back to me. They answered my question and seemed Nice enough, but it definitely took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. wasn’t a bad experience, just not amazing either. I’d probably use them again if I wasn’t in a hurry...

"Easy payment options, no hassle"
I ordered from Facethefuture and found the payment part really simple. There was the few different options to choose from, and I went with Klarna this time because it made spreading the cost a bit easier.
The checkout was quick and I didn’t get stuck on anything confusing. Payment went through fine, and the order confirmation came through straight away. I’d definitely use them again
